PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 35, 1993 - SECT 9
Interpretation
9.(1) Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting "Australian Pork
Producers' Federation" from paragraph (a) of the definition of "eligible
industry body" and substituting "Pork Council of Australia".
(2) Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting the definition of
"Council".
