PRIMARY INDUSTRIES LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 35, 1993 - SECT 19
Transfer of assets and liabilities etc.
19.(1) Subject to subsection (2), on and after the commencement day, the
assets, rights, obligations and liabilities of APIPC become assets, rights,
obligations and liabilities of the Corporation.
(2) This section does not apply to documents transferred to APIC under section
20.
