PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT (No. 3) 1989 No. 16, 1990 - SECT 9

9. Section 51 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by adding at the end of subsection (1) "or to such other persons (if
        any) as are prescribed";

   (b)  by omitting paragraph (3) (f);

   (c)  by omitting from paragraph (3) (g) "$5,000" and substituting "$2,000".
