Schedule 7-Amendment of the Quarantine Act 1908
1 After paragraph 87(1)(s) Insert:

   (sa) enabling a person who is alleged to have contravened a provision of
        this Act or of the regulations to pay to the Commonwealth, as an
        alternative to prosecution, a penalty of not more than 10 penalty
        units;
