4. Regulations prescribing organisations for the purposes of the definition
of "sugar industry organisations" in subsection 4(1) of the Sugar Cane Levy
Act 1987 that were in force immediately before the commencement of the
amendment of that Act made by this Act continue in force after that
commencement as if made for the purposes of the definition of that expression
in subsection 4(1) of that Act as amended by this Act.
