PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1994 No. 94, 1994 - SECT 12

12. The amendments of the Law and Justice Legislation Amendment Act 1994 made
by the Schedule:

   (a)  do not affect any distribution of a dividend on or before the day on
        which this Act receives the Royal Assent; and

   (b)  do not make the trustee liable for any act or omission of the trustee
        that occurred on or before the day on which this Act receives the
        Royal Assent.
