PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 94, 1993 - SECT 49
Definitions
49. Section 4 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of the
definition of "levy" the following word and paragraph:
"; and (c) an import charge;".
