PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 94, 1993 - SECT 2
Commencement
2.(1) Subject to subsections (2) and (3), this Act commences on the day on
which it receives the Royal Assent.
(2) Paragraph 69(1)(b) is taken to have commenced on 1 July 1989.
(3) Parts 11 and 12 commence on 1 January 1994.
