PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 134, 1990 - SECT 2
Commencement
2. (1) Except for Part 7, this Act commences on the day on which it receives
the Royal Assent.
(2) Part 7 is to be taken to have commenced on 1 October 1990.
