PRIMARY INDUSTRIES AND ENERGY LEGISLATION AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 134, 1990 - SECT 19

19. Section 77 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting subsections (1) and (2) and substituting the following
        subsection:

"(1) The Presiding Member may, on behalf of a Selection Committee, employ
persons to perform administrative and clerical services in connection with the
performance of the Selection Committee's function and the exercise of its
powers.";

   (b)  by omitting subsection (4).
