POULTRY INDUSTRY ASSISTANCE AMENDMENT ACT (No. 2) 1979 No. 21, 1979 - SECT 5

5. After section 6A of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Financial assistance in A.C.T.
''6AA. (1) The Minister may from time to time approve the making of payments
out of moneys standing to the credit of the Fund for the assistance of the
poultry industry in the Australian Capital Territory.

''(2) Payments under sub-section (1) shall be in such amount or amounts as the
Minister determines after taking into account any recommendations made to him
by the Council.''.
