PIG INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 157, 1986 - SECT 52

52. In this Part, unless the contrary intention appears-

"body" includes any body of persons, whether incorporated or unincorporated;

"Chairperson" means the Chairperson of the Council;

"Council report" means a report given to the Minister in the performance of a
function referred to in paragraph 55 (1) (a) or (b);

"member" means a member of the Council and includes the Chairperson and a
deputy of a member of the Council;

"working group" means a working group of the Council established under section
67.
