PIG INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 157, 1986 - SECT 48

48. (1) Meetings of the Committee shall be held at such times and places as
the Committee from time to time determines.

(2) A meeting of the Committee may be convened by the Presiding Member.

(3) At a meeting of the Committee, 3 members of the Committee constitute a
quorum.

(4) The Presiding Member shall preside at all meetings of the Committee at
which the Presiding Member is present.

(5) If the Presiding Member is not present at a meeting of the Committee, the
members of the Committee present shall appoint one of their number to preside
at the meeting.

(6) A question arising at a meeting of the Committee shall be decided by a
majority of the votes of the members of the Committee present and voting.

(7) The member of the Committee presiding at a meeting of the Committee has a
deliberative vote and, in the event of an equality of votes, also has a
casting vote.

(8) The Committee shall keep minutes of its proceedings.
