PIG INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 157, 1986 - SECT 41

41. Where the Minister is not satisfied that a person nominated by the
Committee for appointment as a member of the Corporation should be appointed
as such a member, the Minister may, by notice in writing given to the
Presiding Member, reject the nomination and may include in that notice a
further request under section 38 for a nomination of a person for appointment
to the office concerned.
