PIG INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 157, 1986 - SECT 39

39. (1) The Committee shall not nominate a person for appointment as a member
of the Corporation unless the person possesses one or more of the
qualifications referred to in sub-section 10 (5).

(2) The Committee shall not nominate a person for appointment as a member of
the Corporation if-

   (a)  the person is a member of the Committee;

   (b)  the person has been a member of the Committee within 12 months of the
        day on which the nomination is given to the Minister; or

   (c)  the person is a member of the executive of an eligible industry body.
