PIG INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 157, 1986 - SECT 36

Functions of Committee 
36. The functions of the Committee are-

   (a)  to select persons to be nominated for appointment as members of the
        Corporation referred to in paragraph 10 (1) (c); and

   (b)  to nominate persons so selected to the Minister for appointment as
        members of the Corporation.
