PIG INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 157, 1986 - SECT 35

35. (1) There is established a Committee by the name of the Australian Pork
Corporation Selection Committee.

(2) The Committee-

   (a)  is a body corporate with perpetual succession;

   (b)  shall have a common seal;

   (c)  may acquire, hold and dispose of personal property; and

   (d)  may sue and be sued in its corporate name.

(3) All courts, judges and persons acting judicially shall take judicial
notice of the imprint of the common seal of the Committee affixed to a
document and shall presume that it was duly affixed.
