PIG INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 157, 1986 - SECT 32

32. (1) The Corporation may, either generally or as otherwise provided by the
instrument of delegation, by writing under its common seal, delegate to a
person all or any of its powers under this Act or the regulations, other than
this power of delegation.

(2) A power so delegated, when exercised by the delegate, shall, for the
purposes of this Act or the regulations, as the case requires, be deemed to
have been exercised by the Corporation.

(3) A delegate under sub-section (1) is, in the exercise of a power so
delegated, subject to the directions of the Corporation.

(4) A delegation under this section does not prevent the exercise of a power
by the Corporation.
