PIG INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 157, 1986 - SECT 23

23. (1) There shall be paid to the Corporation out of the Consolidated Revenue
Fund, which is appropriated accordingly, amounts equal to the amounts of levy
received by the Commonwealth by virtue of paragraph 6 (1) (b) of the Pig
Slaughter Levy Act 1971.

(2) A reference in sub-section (1) to amounts of levy received by the
Commonwealth includes a reference to amounts received from the proprietor of
an abattoir in accordance with section 6 of the Pig Slaughter Levy Collection
Act 1971, and amounts payable by way of penalty in accordance with section 7
of that Act, in relation to amounts of levy referred to in that sub-section.
