PIG INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 157, 1986 - SECT 22

22. (1) The Corporation may engage such employees as it determines are
necessary for the performance of its functions and the exercise of its powers.

(2) The Corporation may engage as advisers or consultants to the Corporation
persons having suitable qualifications and experience.

(3) The terms and conditions of employment (including remuneration) of the
person holding the position of principal employee (however described) of the
Corporation are such as are determined by the Corporation with the approval of
the Minister.

(4) The terms and conditions of employment or engagement of persons employed
or engaged under this section, other than the employee referred to in
sub-section (3), are such as are determined by the Corporation.
