PIG INDUSTRY ACT 1986 No. 157, 1986 - SECT 14

14. (1) The Minister may terminate the appointment of a member for
misbehaviour or physical or mental incapacity.

(2) If a member-

   (a)  becomes bankrupt, applies to take the benefit of any law for the
        relief of bankrupt or insolvent debtors, compounds with his or her
        creditors or makes an assignment of his or her remuneration for their
        benefit;

   (b)  fails, without reasonable excuse, to comply with section 15; or

   (c)  is absent, except on leave of absence granted by the Corporation, from
        3 consecutive meetings of the Corporation, the Minister shall
        terminate the appointment of the member.
(3) In this section, "member" does not include the government member.
