Omit "under the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 ".
2 Subclause 4(3) of Schedule 2 (definition of gold card )
Repeal the definition, substitute:
(a) in accordance with the Treatment Principles prepared under section 90
of the Veterans' Entitlements Act 1986 ; or
(b) in accordance with a determination made under section 286 of the
Military Rehabilitation and Compensation Act 2004 in respect of the
provision of treatment.
3 Application of amendment
The amendment made by item 2 of this Schedule applies to a card held in respect of a period beginning on or after 1 July 2004.
