PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 2007 (NO. 31, 2007) - SECT 279.1
Participating insurers may claim reimbursement
A private health insurer may claim reimbursement from the Medicare Australia
CEO in accordance with section 279‑10 for each month during which
it is a * participating
insurer.
