Commonwealth Numbered Acts Commonwealth Numbered ActsIf the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman considers, as a result of an investigation under this Division, that there might have been conduct in the nature of a restrictive trade practice for the purposes of the Trade Practices Act 1974 , the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman must consult with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission and have regard to the advice of the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission on the matter before reporting on it under section 244‑15.
