PRIVATE HEALTH INSURANCE ACT 2007 (NO. 31, 2007) - SECT 241.5

                   A complaint may be made to the Private Health Insurance Ombudsman against any of the following:

                     (a)  a private health insurer;

                     (b)  a * health care provider;

                     (c)  a * private health insurance broker.
