Short title etc.

                                        (Assented to 5 June 1992)
  1.(1) This Act may be cited as the Parliament House Construction Authority
Repeal Act 1992.
  (2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Parliament House Construction
Authority Act 1979.*1*

Commencement

  2. This Act commences on the day on which it receives the Royal Assent.

Interpretation

  3. In this Act:
  "Authority" means the Parliament House Construction Authority established by
section 4 of the Principal Act.

Repeal

  4. The Principal Act is repealed.

Commonwealth successor in law of the Authority

  5. The Commonwealth is the successor in law of the Authority for all
purposes.
