PUBLIC GOVERNANCE, PERFORMANCE AND ACCOUNTABILITY ACT 2013 (NO. 123, 2013) - SECT 24
Power to establish advisory boards(1) The accountable authority of a non-corporate Commonwealth entity may establish an advisory board to assist the authority in governing the entity.
(2) An advisory board for a non-corporate Commonwealth entity may include individuals who are not officials of the entity.
