PARLIAMENTARY ENTITLEMENTS ACT 1990 No. 28, 1990 - SECT 9
Alteration of Schedule
9. (1) A Scheduled benefit may be varied or omitted by determination by the
Remuneration Tribunal under section 7 of the Remuneration Tribunal Act 1973.
(2) A Scheduled benefit may be varied or omitted by the regulations.
(3) A determination or regulations made under this section may make such
consequential and transitional provisions as are necessary.
