PRODUCTIVITY COMMISSION ACT 1998 No. 14, 1998 - SECT 19

Secretariat services and research services to government bodies (1) If the Minister directs the Commission to provide secretariat services or research services to a government body, the direction must be in writing.

(2) The Minister may, in writing, specify conditions on which the Commission is to provide the services.
