POLITICAL BROADCASTS AND POLITICAL DISCLOSURES ACT 1991 No. 203, 1991 - SECT 35

35. After section 108 of the Principal Act the following section is inserted:
Certain other matters not to invalidate referendum

"108A. A referendum, or a return or statement showing the voting at a
referendum, must not be declared void on the ground that someone has
contravened the Broadcasting Act 1942 or the Radiocommunications Act 1983.".
