POLITICAL BROADCASTS AND POLITICAL DISCLOSURES ACT 1991 No. 203, 1991 - SECT 31

31. Despite anything in this Act, Part XX of the Principal Act, as that Part
applied to general elections of members of the Legislative Assembly for the
Australian Capital Territory immediately before the commencement of this
section, continues so to apply to those general elections on and after that
commencement as if the amendments of that Part by this Act had not been
enacted.
