POLITICAL BROADCASTS AND POLITICAL DISCLOSURES ACT 1991 No. 203, 1991 - SECT 23

23. Section 315 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by omitting from subsections (1), (3) and (7) "or 5" and substituting
        ", 5 or 5A";

   (b)  by omitting from paragraphs (2) (a) and (8) (a) "or 5" and
        substituting ", 5 or 5A".

   (c)  by adding at the end the following subsection:

"(11) A prosecution in respect of an offence against a provision of this
section (being an offence committed on or after the commencement of this
subsection) may be started at any time within 3 years after the offence was
committed.".
