POST AND TELEGRAPH REGULATIONS ACT 1973 No. 108, 1973 - SECT 4
Application.
4. (1) Without limiting the application of the amendments of regulation 258 of
the Postal Regulations made by this Act, sub-section 3 (1) has no effect in
relation to a postal article posted before the commencement of this Act.
(2) Sub-section 3 (1) has no effect in relation to a postal order issued
before the commencement of this Act.
