POSTAL AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSIONS (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1975 No. 56, 1975 - SECT 39
Regulations.
39. The Governor-General may make regulations, not inconsistent with this Act,
prescribing all matters which by this Act are required or permitted to be
prescribed by the regulations.
