POSTAL AND TELECOMMUNICATIONS COMMISSIONS (TRANSITIONAL PROVISIONS) ACT 1975 No. 56, 1975 - SECT 2
Commencement.
2. (1) Sections 4 and 38 shall come into operation on the day fixed under
sub-section 2 (2) of the Postal Services Act 1975.
(2) The remaining provisions of this Act shall come into operation on the day
on which this Act receives the Royal Assent.*
