An Act to enact certain Transitional Provisions consequential upon the
Enactment of the Postal Services Act 1975 and the Telecommunications Act  1975
.

BE IT ENACTED by the Queen, the Senate and the House of Representatives of
Australia, as follows:-

PART I-PRELIMINARY
1. This Act may be cited as the Postal and Telecommunications Commissions 
(Transitional Provisions) Act 1975 .*
