POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1974 No. 61, 1974 - SECT 19

19. Section 51 of the Principal Act is amended-

(a) by omitting from sub-section (1) the words "undelivered letter or
packet" and substituting the words " undelivered postal article";

(b) by omitting from paragraph (a) of sub-section (1) the words "letter or
packet" and substituting the words " postal article";

(c) by omitting from paragraph (b) of sub-section (1) the words "letter or
packet" (twice occurring) and substituting the words " postal article";

(d) by omitting from paragraph (c) of sub-section (1) the words "letter or
packet" (thrice occurring) and substituting the words " postal article";

   (e)  by omitting sub-section (2);

(f) by omitting from sub-section (3) the words "letter or packet" (wherever
occurring) and substituting the words "postal article";

(g) by omitting from sub-section (4) the words "letter or packet" and
substituting the words "postal article"; and

(h) by omitting from sub-section (5) the words "letter or packet" and
substituting the words "postal article".
