PRIVACY AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 116, 1990 - SECT 3
Saving of certain State and Territory laws
3. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting "(including such a
law relating to credit reporting or the use of information held in connection
with credit reporting)" after "privacy of persons".
