PRIVACY AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 116, 1990 - SECT 23

Power to enter premises 
23. Section 68 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting from subsection (1)
"or a file number recipient" and substituting ", a file number recipient, a
credit reporting agency or a credit provider".
