PRIVACY AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 116, 1990 - SECT 16

Commissioner to have regard to certain matters

16. Section 29 of the Principal Act is amended by omitting paragraph (d) and
substituting the following paragraph:
  "(d)   ensure that his or her directions and guidelines are consistent
with:

        (i)    the Information Privacy Principles; and

        (ii)   (where applicable) the Code of Conduct and the provisions of
               Part IIIA.".
