PRIVACY AMENDMENT ACT 1990 No. 116, 1990 - SECT 1

Short title etc. 
1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Privacy Amendment Act 1990.*1*
(2) In this Act, "Principal Act" means the Privacy Act 1988.
