PATENTS AMENDMENT ACT 1976 No. 162, 1976 - SECT 9

9. (1) The Principal Act is amended by omitting sub-sections 47E (10), 77 (5),
98 (6), 106 (2), 154 (5), 159C (5) and 160 (7).

(2) The amendments made by this section do not affect any appeal instituted
under any of the provisions referred to in sub-section (1) before the
commencement of this section, or anything arising out of, or any proceeding
incidental to or connected with, any such appeal.
