PRIVACY ACT 1988 No. 119, 1988 - SECT 99

99. The Commissioner may delegate to a member of the staff of the Human Rights
and Equal Opportunity Commission all or any of the powers conferred on the
Commissioner by this Act, other than a power conferred by section 52 or a
power in connection with the performance of the function of the Commissioner
set out in paragraph 28 (1) (a).
