PRIVACY ACT 1988 No. 119, 1988 - SECT 60

60. This Division applies to a determination under section 52 that includes a
declaration that an agency or the respondent has engaged in conduct that
constitutes an interference with the privacy of the complainant because:

   (a)  it breaches a guideline issued under section 17; or

   (b)  it involves an unauthorised requirement or request for disclosure of a
        tax file number.
