PRIVACY ACT 1988 No. 119, 1988 - SECT 55

55. Where a determination to which this Division applies is made on a
complaint to which an agency is the respondent:

   (a)  the agency shall not repeat or continue the conduct the subject of a
        declaration included in the determination under subparagraph 52 (1)
        (b) (i); and (b) the agency shall, in accordance with the
        determination, perform the act or course of conduct the subject of a
        declaration included in the determination under subparagraph 52 (1)
        (b) (ii).
