PRIVACY ACT 1988 No. 119, 1988 - SECT 53
Service of determination
53. (1) The Commissioner shall cause a copy of a determination to be served on
the complainant and on the respondent.
(2) A determination does not become effective for the purposes of Division 3
or 4 until a copy of the determination has been served on the complainant and
on the respondent.
