OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 84, 1993 - SECT 20

Statements to accompany notification of decisions

20. Section 17 of the Principal Act is amended:

   (a)  by inserting in paragraph (1)(a) "or the Minister, as the case may
        be,"
after "the Commissioner";
(b) by inserting in subsection (2) "or the Minister" after "the Commissioner".
