2. (1) Parts 1 and 2 commence immediately after the commencement of the
amendments made by Division 2 of Part 3 of the Taxation Laws Amendment
(Superannuation) Act 1992.

(2) Parts 3 and 4 commence immediately after the commencement of the
amendments made by Part 2.
