OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 84, 1993 - SECT 19

Review of certain decisions

19. Section 16 of the Principal Act is amended by inserting before subsection
(1) the following subsection:

"(1AA) This section applies in relation to a decision of the Minister under
section 15DQ as if a reference in this section to the Commissioner were a
reference to the Minister.".
