OCCUPATIONAL SUPERANNUATION STANDARDS AMENDMENT ACT 1993 No. 84, 1993 - SECT 17

17. Section 3 of the Principal Act is amended by adding at the end of the
definition of "reviewable decision" the following word and paragraphs:

"or (g) a decision of the Minister under section 15DQ; or

   (h)  a decision of the Commissioner under section 15DZA;".
